A designer sofa, a heritage armchair, a set of natural linen curtains — the pieces that cost thousands and cannot be reordered. This is the work the business was built on and the work Nicolas still does himself.
The value is not the machine. It is knowing what the thing is made of before anything wet touches it, and knowing which of two stains in front of you needs a solvent first and which needs an oxidiser first. Get that order wrong on a cream fibre and you set the stain permanently.

Professional wet cleaning, very mild
Minimum agitation, minimum heat, controlled moisture. What a heritage or designer textile gets.
Do not bleach
No chlorine. Pigment is lifted with an oxygen-based oxidiser instead, which removes colour from the stain and not from the fibre.
Patch test first
Heat and colourfastness proven on a concealed area before any treatment reaches a visible surface. Not an option on natural fibre.
Do not iron
No contact heat on a face fibre. Pile and nap are reset by brush and air, not pressed.
Do not tumble dry
Dried in place with forced air movement, never heat-drummed.

What that buys is fibre identification, a patch test on natural material, full extraction rather than surface steam, and controlled drying. On a linen, wool, viscose or silk-blend piece those four steps are the difference between a clean piece and a marked one.
- Can you clean natural linen or wool without shrinking it?
- Yes. Heat and colourfastness are proven on a concealed area of that specific piece first, so the treatment is chosen against the actual material rather than a guess. Natural fibre is then cleaned with minimum moisture and minimum agitation, and dried with forced air rather than heat.
- Will the stain come out?
- Send a photo and you will get a straight read on it before anything is booked. Most marks on upholstery respond well once the stain chemistry is identified and treated in the right order — an oil binder lifted first, the pigment second. Where a mark needs a specific approach, that gets explained up front rather than discovered on the day.
- Do you clean curtains in place?
- Yes. Full-drop curtains are cleaned in situ, which avoids the shrinkage and re-hanging problems that come with taking heavy drops down, and it means the room is usable again the same day.
