ISO 3758 · THE TEXTILES SCHEDULED INTO THE CYCLE

The difference between a clean and a programme is that a programme has a memory. The rug that marks in the same place, the west-facing curtain that takes the sun, the sofa the dog favours — those go on the schedule and get handled before they become a problem.

It is the same crew each cycle, which is the only way any of that memory actually survives. A rotating roster resets to zero every visit.

GOVERNED BY

What each mark commits to.

The textiles scheduled into the cycle. These marks are not branding — they are the instructions the work is held to, written out in full.

  • Professional wet cleaning, mild

Reduced mechanical action and lower temperature. The default for upholstery in daily use.

  • Do not tumble dry

Dried in place with forced air movement, never heat-drummed.

  • Dry flat

Weight-bearing textiles dry supported, so a wet fibre is never asked to hold its own shape.

  • Patch test first

Heat and colourfastness proven on a concealed area before any treatment reaches a visible surface. Not an option on natural fibre.

QUESTIONS

Asked often, answered straight.

How much is fortnightly house cleaning in the Eastern Suburbs?
Programmes open at $800 per fortnight. What moves the figure is floor area, how many bathrooms, whether there are pets, and how much textile is in the house — a home with wool rugs, upholstered dining chairs and full-drop curtains carries more scheduled work than one without. Weekly service is priced above fortnightly, not at double.
Is it the same cleaners each visit?
Yes, and it is the whole point rather than a nice extra. A programme works because it accumulates knowledge of your specific house — the rug that marks in one place, the curtain taking western sun, the sofa the dog favours. A rotating roster resets that to zero every visit, which is why franchise recurring cleaning tends to feel like starting over each time.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. The cycle earns the next cycle. Locking a client in is how a service stops having to be good.
Are the textiles extra?
No — upholstery, rugs and curtains are scheduled into the programme rather than billed as surprise extras. This is the practical advantage of a cleaner whose specialty is textiles: the thing that is normally an expensive separate call-out is already on the schedule.
Do you do Airbnb and short-stay turnovers?
Yes. Turnovers are quoted per property, and the textile work that short-stay furniture needs most — mattresses, sofas, rugs — is already in-house rather than a separate call-out. If you have properties in the Eastern Suburbs, get in touch.
