Welcome to Aussie Cleaning. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or booking any services. By accessing www.au-cleaning.com or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. Service Agreement

When you book with Aussie Cleaning, you enter into a service agreement governed by the following terms:

• Scope of Work: Services provided will be based on the items, treatments, and locations detailed in your booking confirmation or quote.
• Pricing: All prices are provided in AUD and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Custom quotes are valid for 7 days.
• Payment: Full payment is required on the day of service unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing.
• Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 fee.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 48 hours. We will return to re-clean the area or provide a credit/refund at our discretion.
• Limitations: While we use professional-grade equipment and eco-safe products, certain stains or damage may be permanent. No guarantees are made on results for aged, sun-damaged, or chemically treated surfaces.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the service area.
• Disclose any material sensitivities, allergies, or structural concerns (e.g. fragile fabrics, antique finishes).
• Supervise pets or children during cleaning if present on-site.
• Notify our team of parking restrictions or access codes prior to the appointment.

3. Booking & Communication

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email. Aussie Cleaning reserves the right to accept or reject any booking request. You agree to receive communications via SMS, email, or WhatsApp related to your appointment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, logos, and visuals on this site remain the property of Aussie Cleaning. No part of this site or its materials may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

5. Liability & Insurance

We carry full public liability insurance up to AUD $2,000,000.

• Aussie Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or discoloration.
• Accidental damage caused during service will be assessed fairly and remedied where appropriate.

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful or harmful activity.
• Copy or scrape our site’s content, quotes, or images without permission.
• Submit false information through any of our forms or booking systems.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted to www.au-cleaning.com/terms and will take effect immediately upon publication.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in NSW courts or via mediation where appropriate.
